Objective:By optimizing the fund management mode, a scientific research management platform with high efficiency can be created, which can innovate the vitality of scientific research and improve the level of scientific research management.Methods:Applying the scientific research fund management model based on information platform interconnects each system and forms a new fund management model.Results:The fund management mode based on the information platform standardizes the business process, reduces the risk of internal control and facilitates the scientific researchers and financial personnel to control and manage the quality of scientific research.Conclusions:The fund management mode based on the information platform achieves the management goals of improving work efficiency, standardizing business process, strengthening internal control and innovating scientific research vitality by integrating system resources and business process.

Objective The funding management of drug clinical trials is one of the most important step in the management of clinical trials.Strengthening the management of clinical trial funds can improve the efficiency of fund utilization and ensure the smooth implementation of clinical trials.Methods This paper summarizes the problems of clinical trial fund management,proposes some main strategies for fund management based on root cause analysis.Results Through the establishment and improvement of the drug clinical trial fund management system in our hospital,the management of funds is strengthened,the trial carry out more smoothly and the result is more accurate.Conclusions Improving the management system of drug clinical trial funds and standardizing the management of clinical trials is of great significance to ensure the quality of clinical trials.Also it will improve the clinical trial management level of our hospital.

Objective The purpose of this paper is to study the problems and challenges faced by the university in the management of science funds,in order to provide evidence for improving the management level of science funds at university,at the same time to provide possible reference for other universities.Methods Through retrospective analysis of the application and funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China of Chongqing Medical University during the period of 2013 to 2018.Results In recent years,the funding level of science funds in our university has entered the bottleneck period,main influencing factors include policy,talents,management and so on.Conclusions It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design of scientific research management,strengthen the training of scientific research personnel,and ensure the capability of scientific research management.

Objective To explore the improvement measures of scientific research funds management in non-directly affiliated hospitals based on the existing problems.Methods Considering the current situation about the management of scientific research funds in non-directly affiliated hospitals,the study analyzes the problems in the management and proposes some improvement measures.Results We have got some measures to improve the management of scientific research funds in non-directly affiliated hospital from different angles,such as,perfecting the function of scientific research management departments,improving the system of scientific research management,establishing credibility mechanisms,adjusting financial approaches to different conditions,strengthening business training about scientific research funds and making full use of informatization.Conclusions These measures,which we have put forward,mean a lot to the improvement of scientific research funds management.The non-directly affiliated hospitals should improve the management of scientific research funds in practice and promote the development of scientific research projects.
